His continues planing on the operational & value enhancing activities is helping Renesys to achieve its long term Goals. Over 25+ years of corporate work Experience, he has worked with large corporate companies like BPL & Bharti Airtel in key positions. His business associations thrived on his focused excellence in Customer & Vendor Relationship Management. By qualification, he is an Engineer in Electronics & Telecommunication, Bachelor in Commerce & MBA in Supply chain Management.

Capt. V.R. Ventakesh has over 15 years of experience in management and administration. He is the founder of Bluesky Aviation Consultancy and Renesys Solar Private Ltd. He is known for his leadership and decision making capabilities in complex and high pressure environment. Before becoming an entrepreneur in renewable energy, Capt. V.R. Ventakesh had a successful career as a strategic security officer at the Indian Air force, a senior flying Instructor & management at Orient Flight School and as a pilot at TVS Motor Company.
